The following descriptions are to be used as a guide when filling out the attached Tenant Contact Information Sheet. Please note that one individual may serve as the contact in more than one category. Daytime contacts should be located onsite.

1. DAYTIME EMERGENCY CONTACTS: These individuals are designated as the primary contacts in the event of a building emergency, i.e. earthquake, fire, bomb threat, etc. Due to the importance of fast and efficient notification during an emergency, it is imperative that this information is current and accurate. The persons you designate should have the authority to make decisions on office evacuations and any other life safety measures mandated by emergency situations.

2. E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE CONTACTS: These individuals are authorized to receive announcements and other memos sent via email from the Property Management Office.

3. TENANT REQUEST/SERVICE CONTACTS: These individuals are authorized by your firm to request day-to-day maintenance and special or overtime services. They should be authorized to place requests that may involve a bill back charge to your company.

4. AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCY CONTACTS: These individuals are authorized by your firm to provide us with information regarding after-hours activity in your Suite and after hours emergencies, power interruptions, etc. Please list them in the order in which they are to be called should we need to call for access authorization or other notification issues.

5. POWER INTERRUPTION CONTACTS: These individuals have been designated by your firm to also be notified of power interruptions or failures to the building(s). Typically they are with your IT Department.

6. LEASE/RENT CONTACTS: These individuals should be authorized to receive and process notifications regarding rent and lease issues.

7. RECIPIENT OF INVOICES: These individuals are responsible for receiving, approving and paying invoices.FLOOR WARDENS/SUITE MONITORS: These individuals have been designated by your firm to assist other employees in the event of an emergency situation. These individuals should have attended a life safety seminar provided by the Property Management Office and have special identification to be used in the event of an emergency.
